I'm a PM who never stopped coding.
I spec products, then I build them. Thirteen years of shipping software — as a developer, an agency founder, and now a Technical PM at Firstbase (YC W21), working with a New York team from my desk in Guadalajara.

About.
I've been building software since 2013. First as a junior web developer, then running my own agency for seven years — Braigo, 250+ client projects — and since 2021 as a Technical PM at Firstbase. I don't just write the spec; I've usually built a version of it first.
The work I'm proudest of lately: taking Mailroom from zero to $100K MRR in six months, and cutting annual report processing from six hours to twenty minutes across all 51 states. Lots of AI and automation, always in service of something a customer actually feels.
Off the clock I tinker with local AI models, over-engineer my home setup, and drink more coffee than any reasonable person should. Guadalajara is home and I'm not leaving.
